The annual citywide participatory budgeting process allows any New Yorker 11 years and older to vote on how the city should spend millions of dollars in mayoral expense funding to help community projects.  

Votes were collected in the spring at public places throughout the city. 

Dr. Sarah Sayeed, Executive Director of the New York City Civic Engagement Commission, joined WNYC's Michael Hill to unveil the winners.
